User's recommendation: Find another cig site if you don't mind waiting more than 30+ days for your smokes.

I think this site is the same or similar to Duty free Depot.. For years I was getting my cigarettes without a problem. But my last order since March its gone to the wind.

Confirmation order

I have ordered a pack of Greek tobaccos George karelias in the name of Angela Natale and the confirmation email never came also the charge never happened despite that we have put the checking account So I called the company and no one picks up the phone Please let me know about any progress in my email yianniskatsaros@***.gr

I agree that it’s all empty promises! 1st order no problems.

2nd order cannot even get a promised tracking number. Gave some lame excuse as to why!

Now I have been promised refund through Zelle but I ain’t holding my breath!! But I sure could use my money back!!!

1st order I paid by Zelle and got my order in 21-22 days. 2nd order they did an e-check even though I told them not to.

It’s been 25 days and no cigarette yet. Lots of emails back and forth. I gave him 10 days to get cigs. He said if I don’t have them by then he would personally issue a refund that day.

He’s a cust serv supervisor. I ain’t holding my breath.
