Overcharge
- - Charged $1100 for a $19 souvenir cup; I asked a supervisor to fix it.

I was charged $1100 US dollars for a $19 souvenir cup. I immediately approached a supervisor to fix the problem.
I had to catch my flight. Evidently the supervisor didnt fix it. This happened 13 February 2024. I still havent gotten my money back.
The cashier posted cash instead of debit card.
Its impossible to reach anyone to get this solved. As of now Im $1100 dollars in the hole

I was able to contact customer service and was able to cancel my order. The gentleman I spoke with was kind and understanding and cancelled my order.

- - I canceled my order with no issues and received a personal contact for future orders.
I originally posted because I couldnt get in touch with customer relations. Of course, almost right after I posted, they got in touch via telephone.
I was able cancel my order with no issues. I also received a email with a personal contact for future ordering needs.
I have a customer service supervisor who takes care of me. 1st order no problems.
2nd or still haven’t got and it’s almost been a month. He said he would personally refund me but I am not counting on it until/if I get it!

So many reviews of not receiving their cigarette orders, which is what I was ordering. Thank you all for your honest reviews. I need to find a place to buy my brand of cigarettes that has stopped selling in Ga. (Palermo) pr a place to buy American Spirit for a good price.

I think this site is the same or similar to Duty free Depot.. For years I was getting my cigarettes without a problem. But my last order since March its gone to the wind.
